Even though I didn't contact them about the problems until a year later, within a couple days they scheduled someone to redo the job at no charge to me and the final results were great. He came out on Friday morning and repaired the gate and replaced pickets as well as secure a section of fencing. He did a great job. Bertie was very polite and punctual.
