His pricing was very affordable and the workmanship was adequate. We felt the sheetrock subcontractors could have done a better job, especially in the corners. The sheet rockers also left quite a mess on the cement slab floor which was never addressed to our satisfaction. Even with carpet laid over it, you can feel little bumps and rises in spots. If we were to do over again, we would insist on a proposed completion date and a dust/mess mitigation program in writing."
