"I had 2 windows installed and the molding is very much different than the rest of the house. According to the sales person the window frame suppose to be like the existing Windows. They states they do not paint which left the window looking a mess. If you are paying this much for a window it should be done to completion. The window is not sealed somewhere because little small insects are coming through the Kitchen window. One of the Window glass is cracked from the inside of the frame which I am sure it is for all the banging to fit the window. The glass on the Kitchen window does not seem as thick as the other window from the interior. I am still waiting for them to come out and replace the glass which the last time I spoke to someone at Champion it was for February,2019. The Windows blocks the sun temperature very well. Do not expect these Windows to be like your existing Windows. I expected a complete window installation."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I own a 13 year old home, and my roof issues began in Fall 2019 when I began to notice several leaks. I began to call local roofers, and had several come out, the leaks were repaired, but all of them suggested that my roof needed to be replaced and was nearing it’s useful life. When Spring 2020 rolled around, I began to search for a company that could replace my roof. While conducting my research, a friend referred me to a local home inspector to obtain his opinion on my roof (replace vs additional repairs). This inspector suggested I contact Dennison Exterior Solutions as they had a great reputation in the area, and he personally had good things to say about them. At about the same time, I began to research my options for a warranty claim on my shingles as they had been shedding granules since I moved into the house. We exchanged a few emails and he advised that he would have his office contact me to schedule a visit/inspection. Later that day, Amy contacted me to arrange a visit. The initial visit was set up and as the appointment approached, I received a phone text message reminding me of the visit and asking me to acknowledge the appointment.
