"Fridge was having issues freezing up and then not cooling. The technician assured me it was fixable by just replacing a part and that it was such a great unit and it was better to fix it than buy a new one. We were in favor of buying a new one. But unfortunatly we lietened to him and did the part replacement. Low and behold less than 1 month after the 100 day warranty the exact same issue comes up and the fridge is unusable. All they offered was to lower the cost of a new assessment from the $65 to like $45 and then full cost of the repair which was nealry $600 the first time. Absolutely horrible customer service I will never use them again and will go out of my way to make sure anybody I know does not use them either. I feel like I was straight up scammed and now have to buy a new fridge after being assured it would fix the problem. Forgot to mention he went and actually did the repair without even finalizing with me and giving me an estimate. If I knew what it would have agreed. "

"This will be the 3rd time my dryer went out. I booked Supreme Appliance repair to fix my dryer last year in April. At first my dryer wasn?t working at all. After getting it repaired, it dried out clothes, but we had to dry twice to get my clothes dried. Now we?re having to dry the clothes3-4 times for them to get dry. I have tried reaching out to someone on Angi?s list & also reaching out to Supreme Apliance Repair. I have been told that I?m calling the wrong number. No one answers the phone or return calls on the number listed on Angi?s list. They screen the calls & ask for your name & the reason you?re calling and don?t answer nor call back."

"The price they quoted me was outrageous, double the price of buying the same new refrigerator. I end up paying for the consultation and not fixing it. "Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
