"The sales person was so thorough I felt comfortable signing a contract for expensive work that I was convinced I needed. The actual services were superficial and the technician damaged my new roof, requiring the roofing company to repair. Each person at this company who contacted me when I complained insisted that the problems I encountered did not reflect this company's standards. And unless I allowed them to repair the roof (rather than the roofing company with whom I have the warranty) that the cost would come out of their employee's paycheck. When I complained about that too, I was told (again) that the problems I encountered did not reflect this company's standards and I was providing a teachable moment for them. It was an expensive teachable moment for me, too. I was taken to the cleaners. I would not recommend this company."
