My husband and I are long time customers of Invisible Fence, but when I contacted them earlier last week about a malfunction in our system resulting in our dogs escaping and the injury to one that required surgery, we were told the earliest they could respond would be almost a month away. When I commented on their lack of prompt customer service I was told there are many other people asking for service ahead of us. We've cancelled future supplies and service with Invisible Fence and will depend on the fast, efficient and caring service from Dale at Colorado Pet Fence."

Each person at this company who contacted me when I complained insisted that the problems I encountered did not reflect this company's standards. And unless I allowed them to repair the roof (rather than the roofing company with whom I have the warranty) that the cost would come out of their employee's paycheck. When I complained about that too, I was told (again) that the problems I encountered did not reflect this company's standards and I was providing a teachable moment for them. It was an expensive teachable moment for me, too. I was taken to the cleaners. I would not recommend this company."
