"SureShine Stone Care And Marble Restoration gave my house a profesional business stature refinishing of all stone work, both Travertine and Marble. They were the nicest, hardest working most honest crew one could imagine, doing Two Bathrooms upstairs and a Kitchen downstairs at the same time, to be done on the same day, always cleaning, polishing and buffing. They produced a great result and fixed a counter chip that needed restoration as well."

"I worked with MC's salesman, Jay, to select the granite and the pricing of the job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. After the sale, I worked with Vladimir to get my countertops made and installed. Chris arrived on the scheduled day to demolish the old countertops and do the template. He worked diligently to remove the existing countertops and backsplash. He kept the area fairly clean and vacuumed. He took measurements and made templates. He also took my sink with him to the fabrication site so an exact cut could be made since he said sometimes the metal isn't uniform. I went to MC the next afternoon to do the layout. I went into the office but no one was to be found. I went around back to the fabrication area and found Boris who worked with me to do the layout. Boris mentioned that there might need to be a seam in the granite in the area for the sink. This was upsetting because I had been told that a single piece of the slab would be used for that area of my countertop and that no seam would be necessary. Boris said that they would do their best to not have a seam. I also called later and talked with Vladimir about the issue and he basically said what Boris had told me. I told Vladimir that I hadn't used pre-fab because I didn't want a seam. He just said that they would do their best not to have a seam. The day of the installation was set about two weeks after the layout. Three workers arrived about an hour earlier than I'd been told they would-fine with me. They placed drop cloths and began their work. The granite color is beautiful and there was no seam! The work went quickly even with the guys taking a quick break for lunch. Any questions that I had were readily answered."

"Mark came to my home and took measurements and gave me a bid for a couple of options on granite. Then he told me about some Quartz colors that were being discontinued for $99 a slab. I had just had my cabinets redone so I took my sample and went to the quartz store and found an excellent match. I went with two slabs so I did not have to have seams. The work took two days, one day to removed my old formica and lay down a template and a few days later the install. He sent me pictures while they were working on cutting and polishing at the shop. I could not be happier with the result. The workmanship was excellent. I went from a double sink over-mount to a single under-mount so I have even more countertop space."

"This was my first experience with each of the services that Burrous Bros. provided. I was surprised at what seemed to be a higher cost than I expected. Frank Burrous explained that the products for sealing and stain resistant treatments are costly. I decided to proceed with the work since it isn't done very often. <br /> Frank and the Burrous staff were outstanding. Frank followed with me throughout the scheduling, estimating, and service processes. He asked if I had any questions about the items he estimated or the services that would be performed. Didier the technician was very professional doing the work and had tools to make sure that the long hose from his van through my home didn't mark up the walls. He was very methodical and paced himself to ensure that the work was done completely and thoroughly. <br /> Once finished, I was given printed information on what action to take (if any) to keep each of the items optimally clean and, if necessary, to call if there were any issues or dissatisfaction. After the work was completed, I was contacted again by Frank to confirm whether or not I was satisfied with the work done as well as asked if I had any questions. <br /> In my estimation, the name Burrous means GREAT customer satisfaction. I recommend them to anyone who is considering similar type of cleaning services for their home or business. <br />"

"Overall, the experience was beyond our expectation. We had worked with another installer and he did a horrible job. We ended up calling Ceramic and Stone Design to come and give us an estimate on redoing all the tile work that was done by the previous installer. We completed trusted them due their work we saw in the Porcelanosa showroom and they also came highly recommended by the sales person we bought the tile from. After they gave us the estimate we immediately signed the contract and proceeded the work. Mark and Phil are partners and they are very professional and easy to work with. Phil communicated and worked with us the tile layout before their installers started the work. Phil even came with me to the showroom to pick out the tiles and designed our bathrooms. We ended up going with different tiles, which I would not pick in the first place, but it came out spectacular. Phil has great taste and eyes for design. He even recommended the paint colors to go with the new tiles. <br /> <br /> The quality of work and attention to detail were just unbelievable. His installers took their time cutting and mitering all the trims to ensure it fits nicely, all the corner pieces match up and there are lippages. We are so lucky to have found them, espcially after the bad experience we had with the previously installer."

"The work, final appearance of the new countertops/sinks, and all interactions we had with Artistic stone were excellent. They were responsive right from the start and throughout the process. The slabs were easily viewed in their show room so we could pick out exactly those three we wanted, which were then reserved. Artistic stone was very flexible in the scheduling so we could have the work done in two stages to still have a working sink during the process. The workers were prompt, very courteous and highly skilled. The whole process was totally positive, and the results were beautiful. We highly recommend Artistic Stone."

"Jodi was helpful in explaining our options and helping us choose the material for the top and sink. She kept us informed throughout the process, and followed up when there were some small schedule changes. She coordinated with the general contractor doing other bathroom work to make sure that everyone was scheduled in the right order. <br /> The installer was very courteous and kept the area clean; the actual installation went smoothly, and we're very happy with the new top and sink. <br /> We are planning to remodel another bathroom and will definitely use Monarch again. <br />"
