"We had a great experience working with Top Bros construction and remodeling. They fully removed our tile and wood flooring and installed LVP that we had provided. They also installed new trim and baseboards throughout, which look great. They were timely and efficient. We are very happy with the outcome!"

"We would highly recommend G&G Kitchen and Bath. We were a little nervous about having our kitchen cabinets painted, but they needed to be updated and modernized. We weren't looking to remodel our entire kitchen. We called Frank's company after reading reviews on Angie's List. Frank came to our house and listened to our needs & concerns. He and his crew had great suggestions, ideas, and options on how to make our kitchen updated, functional, & aesthetic looking, all while keeping the cost within our budget. We had our kitchen updated with paint, new cabinet doors, a new backsplash, & kitchen knobs. This can be challenging during a Covid-19 pandemic but Frank & his crew made it work within our schedule. He and his crew were professional and pleasure to work with. We are extremely happy with the workmanship and quality of our remodeling experience and would highly recommend G & G Kitchen and Bath to our family and friends."

"I hired ABC Home Expert to remodel my entire first floor, and I’m very happy with how everything turned out. We spent around $63,000 including materials and cabinets, and the results really transformed our home. The project included remodeling a small guest bathroom and laundry area, replacing all the flooring in the living room, dining room, and kitchen, updating the kitchen cabinets and countertops, and painting the entire kitchen. They also added can lights, which made a big difference in how bright and welcoming the space feels. One thing I really appreciated was the support I received from their team throughout the process. Before starting, they worked on four different design options to make sure we found the perfect fit for our needs and style. They were professional, patient, and always available to answer questions or make adjustments when needed. Overall, it was a smooth experience, it took a little more than two months. I am glad it is over and I can enjoy my home. I would definitely recommend ABC Home Expert to anyone planning a home remodel."

"Ryan was great and easy to work with. He helped us through the process. The work was very good and the cost was reasonable. Ryan and his crew were very professional and respectful. They were always on time and never felt like they were working on other projects and and never felt like they were falling behind. We love the remodel and everyone that has come over have been super impressed. We would recommend Ryan and his team for your remodel needs."

"The JK Complete Remodeling team is very talented. They helped me design the basement remodel (about 1000 sq feet) with a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen/bar, tv area, storage, coat closet and kids area including building it all out. They walked us through the different steps of the build out and made wonderful suggestions on what would look best or makes the most sense in layout, electrical switches/outlets, etc. Their carpentry, tiling and stone work is impressive as you can see from the pictures. They built the shelves and wine rack in the bar area, built the frame around the chalkboard paint in the kids area, built out a closet into our garage space. I would highly recommend this professional team."

"Very professional. Although bathroom was semi refinished, due to all the problems we had had with the company who had done the basement, we decided not to let the remodelers install the toilet and pedestal sink. Good call as it turned out to be more complex and I shudder to think what the original remodelers would have hacked in order to do it. The sink drain pipe had been torn off during demo and one of the two the two bolts on the floor for securing the toilet had also been sheared off. Paul told me that it would take more time then the big deal we purchased and also let me know about the extra charges for materials due to the situation. He was able to get the pedestal sink with faucet properly installed on the first visit. Then he called to let me know he had purchased the parts for the toilet install a few days later, came to our house at the appointed time and finished the toilet install. He invoiced me promptly via email and I was able to pay the extras via credit card. Both fixtures work well. Although it ended up costing about twice what we paid for the big deal, in the end we got a quality job from a very professional and knowledgeable plumber.

"Hired Master Craft & Design to do a complete kitchen remodel from the ceiling to the floor. The price was fair and the results were absolutely flawless. From the cabinets to the quartz countertop instalation their attention to detail was incredible. They stayed exactly on budget, finished right on schedule and cleaned up every day. Great communication from Ed the owner. He was always available to answer any questions. Johnny is a Master carpenter with attention to every detail. He treated the installation like it was his own house. I highly recomend Master Craft !! Thanks Ed, Johnny and all workers who made this possible!"

"Our guest bathroom was totally remodeled and the work done was stellar. I would hire and recommend HandyMan Pros, especially Ken and Dain Boyd. Their professionalism and knowledge was key for our project and their advice was spot on. Highly recommended."

"Project: Remodeled 2 full bathrooms. Working with Re-Bath of Chicagoland from the beginning of the project to the end was a great experience. We had 2 full bathrooms remodeled. Old vanity, counters, mirrors, toilet, tub, showers, exhaust vent fans, and floor tile were replaced. Wallpaper was removed in one bathroom. All walls and ceilings were painted. I appreciated all the open communications between the staff and ourselves. Scott came to our house to discuss our bathroom remodeling needs. He provided samples for us to choose from. It was great to not have to go somewhere else to see samples. Re-bath worked with the village to get the necessary permits. Once the permits were obtained, Re-bath made my project a priority to get done. Re-Bath also requested to use our garage space to store the material that was needed for the project and to also work in. Kevin came by in the morning and evenings to review progress and answer any questions. Dan handled the project with his co-workers to complete it. Dan worked with the village to handle all of the inspections. Kevin worked with the Plumbers and Electricians that were required to complete the project per the permits. At the end of each day, Dan and Kevin would review the progress of the project and answered any questions that I had. We also discussed what would be done the next day, when, and who would be arriving the next day so that I always know who to expect. The staff made sure that the area in the house and garage were clean at the end of each day. If someone was going to be late, Dan would call and explain the change. Communication each day and throughout the project was excellent. It kept me informed and allowed me to understand each step that was being taken to make sure that the project was completed to my satisfaction. My wife and I are completely happy with how the project turned out. We would both highly recommend Re-Bath of Chicagoland to anyone."

"I can't say enough about A P Builders and how absolutely wonderful they have been from start to finish. We completely gutted and remodeled our home and Angelo was upfront, honest, timely, and everything that was contracted was done to perfection. We had crew there every day from start to finish. He started on time and finished on time. Any change orders were handled professionally and solutions were found for any unforeseen challenges due to the age of my home. I highly recommend AP Builders for any of your home improvement needs."
