"I called them on a Friday, got everything settled by 9pm - Then they installed a new tankless water heater on Sunday. They were going to schedule us for Tues but because we had no hot water they got it done asap and didnâ t charge us overtime. We were new customers. The price was good, fantastic considering they came on a Sunday. Technician was professional, left no mess, left no questions, gave helpful tips and instructions. He also installed a cold water valve for us that we shouldâ  ve had long ago, so the whole houseâ  s water doesnâ  t need to be shut off to work on the water heater. We definitely recommend JVS Plumbing and will use for any future needs. FYI, Our 7 yr old Richmond unit couldnâ  t be fixed because it needed a $20 part that was discontinued with no possible replacement according to the manufacturer and Rheem. I tried to get parts and repairmen, no one could fix it. I bought a Rinnai from JVS, we like it."

"Very professional, friendly, clean and fast. He even fixed some bad plumbing the original installer had put in, without charging or complaining. Price was what he quoted plus a few hoses and valves that had to be replaced. Would definitely hire again."

"I'm gradually switching from gas to a mostly electricity-powered home. C.A.B. didn't try to talk me into go with the same old fossil fuel water heater. Other plumbers wanted to take the course of least resistance and just install another gas unit. C.A.B. had the expertise and initiative to take on this complicated, future-looking project. We never run out of hot water!"
