Then requested half early, then full payment before done. When I said work incomplete, he asked "Don't you trust me?" then broke promises. Broken promises: Walkway cured wrong, no follow-up. $1,800 grading included 3-month landscaping - no communication. Promised debris cleanup, later said not responsible. Damaged 4-month fence, couldn't repair properly, paid $300 after pressure. Dismisses costs at estimate, adds them later. Makes promises, then excuses."

"Quick response for estimate and information. The rep was responsive to questions and requotes. However, I was disappointed in that the work was started 8+ weeks after we signed the contract (from our original discussion, they were scheduling jobs about 3 weeks in advance). The work was done over 3 days (not consecutively!), and we weren't notified of when the work would be done on some jobs until the day/night before....which may or may not be an issue with you. I understand they have different teams for different jobs, but I found it frustrating in not knowing when the job would be completed. 2 note worthy items: Their client hub/quote info/email/payment process was top-notch. Secondly, I provided Total Paving with a picture of bricks/design from a neighbor that I liked and they were able to create my sidewalk with the same type of design... Overall, I'm pleased with the results, just a little slower than I anticipated."
