"2018: Mariusz and his team provided exceptional customer service and quality products that ensure my roof and gutters will stand the test of time and weather. It's not easy finding and deciding on a contractor for most things. Mariusz brought to the table a straight forward approach as to what he could provide and that, in the end, everything was my call with no pressure. With a price in line with local averages, I could have asked for nothing more. *UPDATE* 2023: I once again had Mariusz and his team to my home for a project, this time being the siding. And once again, the result was PERFECT. The process of working with insurance took years but Holda Construction was extremely patient and didn't push the project. A call every couple weeks to see how I was and to let me know he was always ready when I was couldn't have been better. Mariusz made multiple trips to the house to help the process move along and was instrumental in getting us to where we are today. I would highly recommend taking Mariusz's advice on the things that could really change how you see your home. One major recommendation was to not simply side up to the windows but to put in BEAUTIFUL window borders that not only take the look of the finished project up 10 notches but sealed the home better than anything. The team Mariusz sent could not have been better. They tolerated an overwhelming amount of questions from me and walked me through everything that was being done. Not only did they finish the job but went above and beyond when we discovered 6 leaking, previously installed windows by someone else, were not installed nor sealed properly. They immediately removed the windows from my home and reinstalled them correctly and did so happily. THIS WAS NOT THEIR JOB! The team simply wanted to do the right thing and fixed someone else's mistakes so that my home could be at 100%! Here we are, 2 weeks later, and my home feels BRAND NEW. "Their roofing crew stole my deer skull from the front of my house and it magically reappeared next to their van on the street after threatening to call the police. While stripping off the old roofing, they let the debris build up on my front bushes causing unrepairable damage. Unless you can speak Spanish you won't be able to communicate with their laborors and there is no boss working with them on site to help bridge the language barrier. They left scraps from their lunch around my front yard, avacado skins and shrimp tails and also cigarette butts, one of them smoked the whole time. The trim and gutters crews were fine but the cleanup after they were all done could have been better they left a decent amount of roofing nails and gutter screws even in plain sight in my driveway. Also had a couple of scheduling issues with material availability the attic insulation installers causing the project to be completed more than a week late. "

"After interviewing a few companies to do our project, we didn’t see any other company to go with for it. They were personal and friendly from the start. Freely answered any questions I had (which was a lot) without any hesitation and didn’t make me feel like I was being annoying. The installation went great and all of the workers were courteous and helpful. After finding out we needed to replace a few rotted pieces of wood and some fascia, they worked with me to get it all replaced even if it wasn’t part of the initial plan. Both the roofers and the gutter installer were very knowledgeable and really worked with me to make sure we got the project just right.
