"Total Paving removed and replaced our 525 sq ft driveway which was 20 yrs old. The estimator called upon arrival in late-August 2020. The estimate was received via email the same day. The office staff was helpful in answering questions and prompt in providing referrals. The quote stated the turnaround time of 6-8 wks from signing contract and submitting deposit (half the cost) which proved to be true since our project started 7 wks later (mid-Oct). The crew arrived on a Friday to remove the old asphalt and prepare the base. It wasn’t until 10 days later (late on a Monday) that the driveway was reinstalled. We opted not to park in the garage during this period since the driveway base was 2-3 inches lower than the sidewalk and the garage floor. The length of time between driveway removal and pavement installation was not the 3-4 days stated on their project construction guide - - so be forewarned, this may also happen to you (due to weather, their other projects and equipment downtime). I was concerned that the driveway was installed when the air temperature was only 35 degrees but the crew and office staff said “we do this all the time.” I delayed providing this review until at least one winter had passed. Our new driveway is smooth, well compacted, with flush edges at the garage floor (no longer a bump) and the sidewalk. This company does a quality job, however, on their timeline."

"Overall, I'm extremely impressed with LPD+Architectural Stonescapes. Ninety percent of the work was very good the first time; for the remaining part that had some problems, they returned twice more and kept after it until it was done. The bluestone repair, patching up a great big hole, is invisible. If anything, it looks better now that before the excavation. And supervisor Maria Larios was on-site taking charge of the most of the actual work, which is really rare in my experience. Thank you for excellent results.

"This was our 2nd use of Pavercare and we remain a customer to this day!

TC, one of the owners of Pavercare, came out and surveyed what needed to be done.  He was exceptionally friendly and professional and put me at ease that they could get the job done right!

Gaspar and his crew arrived on-time and set to work removing the old bricks.  To my amazement, they actually bound our bushes up so they wouldn't be damaged and thinned out dead growth... as I have said in a previous review, they go far and above the norm in their service.

While they were working on my new walkway, another group quickly and expertly fixed my front walkway (installed by another contractor, some bricks had sank badly after only a couple years).  

When they were done, the curb appeal of our home had went up... it looked fantastic!  Definitely, a job well done and I will used them again for all paver-related projects.

THE AFTER STORY.

After a few days of the sidewalk being in place, you could see that there was a difference in the coloring our Series 3000 pavers from what we had originally and what Pavercare installed.  I let TC know and he came out and confirmed.  It was clearly an issue with Unilock's coloring.  At no additional charge, TC actually got a guy from Unilock to come and look at it.  He did some kind of acid wash that removes the haze associated with when they bake the bricks.  Sure enough, color matched!

Once again, customer service far beyond anything we have ever experienced with landscaping-related contractors. You should not go anywhere else other than Pavercare!

"I hired Mr. Lewis to paint my downstairs walls. He showed up early so I didn’t need to call for an update which is something I take seriously. Not only was he respectful to me, but he was very respectful to my property. I have hired someone before to do my upstairs walls and I was not impressed with their work. "I only have good things to say about this company. I was contacted minutes after I requested a quote. The repairman came out the next day and gave me a quote. I also got a second quote from another company. I went with Concrete Correctors because their quote was slightly higher, however, they would take the job to completion which included restoring the drywall which is now ready for me to paint. The worker was clean and efficient. Additionally, he did a plumbing job for me for a good price and once again he did a great job. I will add this company to my Rolodex and recommend them to anyone who needs concrete work done."
