Jaime repaired our deck where needed, replaced water damaged wooden exterior porch wall with vinyl siding, painted our deck floor, rails and enclosed porch floor, replaced a water damaged exterior wooden board on our house, and power washed our patio pavers! He completed all of this work in about 10 days, and all of his work looks beautiful! He always had great solutions that met our needs and exceeded our expectations! "I had a disappointing experience with this company today. I was provided a written estimate for a project covering 3 specific services. When the technician arrived, he decided to charge a significantly higher amount than what was quoted for one of the services. Rather than stopping to inform me of this change before proceeding, he continued working without my knowledge or consent of the price change. To make matters worse, he added a 4th service that I never approved. When the job was complete, I was handed a bill double the original estimate. I understand that estimates are not guarantees, and I am a reasonable person. However, there is a basic standard of business ethics that requires a contractor to notify the customer before proceeding when costs are going to increase substantially. That did not happen here. When I called to address this, I was not asking for a free service, I was simply asking them to meet me halfway given the circumstances. They refused to make any accommodati"
