"When I woke up this morning, our refrigerator had all but checked out. There was clicking. It wasn't cooling. There was zero ice, and the freezer was thawing. I attempted to schedule an appointment via GE's website and found that Tuesday would be the earliest appointment I could take due to work. I didn't want to wait, so I went to Angie's list and found Dave's. I sent a message explaining my issue and asked if someone might be able to come by to take a look today since I would be home all day. I received a call back within five minutes. Lisa told me she was going to try to get someone here and that she would get back to me within @ 20 minutes since he was en route to another job. She called back within that time to tell me that he would be able to take a look at our refrigerator after. I realize this is not always possible, but it worked out, and I was beyond grateful. Once he arrived, he diagnosed the problem and discussed options with us. I am so appreciative that he was able to stop by today because it would have made for a very long weekend.
