"Bob is the best! He’s careful, respectful, great at what he does and easy to work with. He has done multiple small projects for us, including dryer vent fixes, door installation, exterior and interior wall patches and painting. Cannot recommend more!"

"Elvin was timely, creative and competitively priced for a pest-proofing project assignment for my garage. Identified several entry gaps and sealed them all with highly effective craftsmanship. Will happily hire for other projects around my home!!!"

"Matt has done multiple projects for me, including kitchen cabinet refacing, applying new kitchen tile, kitchen floor and all new inside doors. Everything was done timely and with excellence. Matt gave me an estimate and stayed within budget. He arrives on time and cleans up as he works. He is very polite and takes the time to answer questions completely. While he was here for my door replacement, I asked him if he could install a flag on my house, that would require a base built where it attached to the house. He completed it by improvising a beautiful custom wood mount for the flag. I highly recommend Matt for any project you may have."

The project on a whole went relatively smoothly for the most part . However, when it came to sheetrock and spackle time, that is when we starting to see a change quality. There is a soffit above our shower which had to be completely rebuilt and the front corner was far from a corner. it was very inferior, very rough looking. I could have done a better corner. When I asked her to fix it the next day, her once pleasant attitude suddenly changed. So in the coming few days as Jess continued to spackle the rest of the bathroom, I continued to noticed many areas that were rough and should be sanded and re-spackled. When I came home one day to complete paint covering all the bumps, ripples, imperfections in the spackle I was quiet surprised and troubled. When we asked Jess about this she said we should have said something before she painted, now she has to sand re-spackle, re-prime and re-paint.

We did say something!

after a couple months of looking at the less than perfect spackle and paint job, we contacted Jess again to please come fix this for us. Basically she tried to tell us that it isn't her work that is inferior and it has 2 months so her job here is done. She did not come back to correct to correct the imperfections in the inferior spackling job and we have to live with the very unsightly walls or hire someone else to correct it.

The other complaints are when the base molding was installed, the finish nails were too long and it scratched across the entire bottom of our pocket door. Also, the threshold that was installed came loose and didn't cover the end of the tile.

All in all, the small things make a large difference, we had plenty of work for Jess, but we would NOT contract her again !!!

"Fantastic service, very professional. Work was easy to schedule, was completed on time, and the job site was spotless after completion. Highly recommend hiring Northeast Custom Built-Ins for your carpentry needs."

"We contracted with Glenn to reside our house, out aluminum cladding on the trim, rebuild a deck and install a new sliding door and casement window. The work done was outstanding. Everyone was great about working around our schedule for the inside work. The exterior work came out beautiful and we are particularly thrilled with the new deck. The one problem we ran into was due to us not thinking the deck placement through but the solution Glenn came up with was fantastic. Definitely on our A-List for the next project."

"I hired Wisebilt to install insulation in my garage and also some drafty areas of my home. Their prices were reasonable, and the workmanship was exceptional. Miguel and his co-worker Eddy were friendly, polite, and professional. They explained everything well, were on time, and afterwards, they cleaned up the work area well. I would highly recommend Wisebilt for any similar projects, and plan to call them back for future upgrades."

"We had some initial issues with arriving on time, and then the project coordinator said that the handyman was at my location when he was not. We rescheduled for the afternoon, and the work went very well."
