Viewed all the wonderful remarks about Wallart left here, and chose them for the job. Due to open concept of home and pattern to ceiling, insurance allowed whole ceiling to be redone. But popcorn type pattern would require endless sanding. Wallart team worked hard to find a way to repair, replace entire ceiling in a way easiest for them and quickest for me . Isaiah and his teams were so skilled, and the new ceiling looks fantastic!! Professional, informative, problem solvers. The worst part was emptying the rooms for the crews to work their magic. Very accommodating, as we had five dogs who needed to go through the work area to get potty breaks. My home looks better than new! And the horrible popcorn design is gone. "For any home owner a kitchen remodel is one of the toughest things to do. Jacob's Ladder was prompt every day and worked **** ** our kitchen, of course in an older house there are plenty of issues behind the walls. They took out preexisting souffets, repaired flooring with water damage by our doors, removed old cabinets, fixed drywall, took out old vinyl tile flooring, replaced flooring and cabinets, installed new appliances. Process from start to finish was approximately five weeks. I would definitely hire again for our next project."

"We had a difficult time getting them to return our calls to schedule the insulation, when they finally did put us on the schedule they didn't really stick to the schedule. They kept pushing us back and didn't come when they said they would but they did end up finishing by the end of that same week. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Apparently, they were having trouble with a spray gun when they were there and the worked performed was very sloppy, they missed a few spots and they also sprayed our interior shower wall completely shut so we couldn't get to the valves to hook up the water. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />When we called to discuss our issues it was around 5:30 or 6 in the evening and we were impressed that both the salesman and the scheduler called us back that night to discuss our issues and assured us that they would take care of everything....and they did. The guy that came back to correct our issues did a great job and even cleaned up a lot of the sloppiness from before and made it look a lot nicer. They also cleared the spray foam from the shower valves so we could get the water lines connected. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />So, we did get off to kind of a disappointing start with them but they ended up doing everything that they said they would and definitely came back and took care of any issues that we had so because of that we would use them again and would also recommend them to others. Everyone has problems occasionally, it's how you take care of those issues that matter. <br />"
