They were extremely friendly on the phone, and walked me through what the repair would consist of. I was able to schedule the repair within a few days of calling. <br /> They called me the day of the repair and let me know the technician would call me when we was about 30 mins away. This was extremely helpful so i didn't have to wait around all day not knowing when he would be showing up. <br /> Inspected the basement and determined the best area for install. Talked me through all the steps of the repair and how the system worked. I proceeded to asked the tech a ton of questions about install and he was very helpful. Full install took approximately 2 hours, which is the time he quoted me. <br /> After work was completed he walked me through what he had done, and the next steps that i needed to take to finish mitigation. <br /> Cleaned up all the mess from drilling and cutting PVC pipe, and left the basement probably cleaner than he found it. <br /> Friendly, fast and helpful.
