"Excellent, he was there quickly the only hold up was me finding time to be there. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. It has been over 30 days and it is still working well. In contrast to Sears which is where I bought an oven. It took 3 weeks to come out and find the issue then another 3 weeks to get the part. Their reason is because I had no extended warranty.
