Paid 30% for under-deck support enhancement and drainage. No contact for months and lots of excuses about material availability and cost. Some material was delivered in September after nagging, and 40 boards were installed in two days. Paid another 30% and they never came back, leaving a mess and another 40 boards by house uninstalled. Seven months now."

I hired him to dredge my canal, so he claims to do more than just landscaping, but he left before finishing the job but was paid in full. He also took a $2500 deposit to install a boat lift over a year ago but NEVER did the job. He comes up with a million excuses , but NEVER does the job. I will be filing felony charges against Mr. Doug De Luca!"
