Michael provided pictures of all of the problem areas as well as the minor repairs he made while he was on the roof. He provided a detailed estimate of the repairs he suggested which included replacing a run of shingles, fixing some flashing that was installed incorrectly and replacing a damaged gutter along with the rotted wood caused by the gutter. The work was completed quickly and office was great at communicating with us about the timing."

"Team of 3. Efficient, professional, neat, clean. Removed shoes before working in the house, cleaned up everything inside and outside before they left. We had some minor rotting around a couple of the windows which they replaced the wood and then wrapped exterior in aluminum. Caulked and sealed all windows, no gaps anywhere. 1st visit was overview/demo/sales pitch. Measured and counted windows. Gave price, approved payment options. Took about 4 hours. 2nd visit a few days later, measured again, verified work. 3rd visit, install, 3 weeks after 2nd visit. Pay after work completed and satisfied.
