We were told to wait 3 days... so - we will see. Third visit may be the charm. Except for the too short ladder on visit # 1 all the exterminators have been helpful. He also found she’d been nursing and captured two kits in the crawl space. He told me to tell him if I heard anymore sounds which I did when he returned the following day. He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."

"Had Downriver pest control Come out in mid July for ants. Had to have them come back out a couple weeks ago, neither treatment took care of the ants. First treatment was $150, the second was $75. Called them back, waited for a return call and was told that since we didn’t purchase the contract that we would be charged again. My husband went with this company only because they were $100 cheaper than the previous pest control that we had the year prior and a year and a half prior to that. That company sprayed and the ants were gone in a week both times and their work was guaranteed. No contract needed to eradicate the problem. No way was I Going to pay for a contract when the job should have been done the first time. Other company is coming out and at least I know the ants will be gone! You get what you pay for and with Downriver Pest Control, you get to keep your ants unless you lock under contract, no thanks. Moving on to a company that doesn’t make you pay for a contract to guarantee that what they come out to do actually got done, Lesson learned!"
