"Gus was very good at his job and great to work with. He found my shutoffs we not closing 100 percent and advised me to replace them."

"Good company! Just couldn't afford the repair."

"Prompt, friendly and efficient repairing a broken water pipe."

"I had called Pipey when I had an emergency leak under my sink. I got a call immediately within minutes and they gave me an appointment. I got a text that my appointment was confirmed. The team of two came in, they were very courteous and respectful. Since we don’t like have anyone wear shoes in our home they took them out and performed the work quickly and cleanly. Didn’t leave any trash behind for us. While they were there, I asked them to check a couple of additional things and they gave on the spot estimates. Work was clean overall and price was reasonable. I paid them using my phone which was also very convenient for me. Overall, it was a great experience."

"Matt is an awesome plumber. He has done several jobs for our home and many others in my subdivision. He is an awesome worker, knowledgeable, very personable, and he gets the job done in a timely manner. Matt is easy to get a hold of. If he's tied up for a short time, he will call you, text you, or message you in a timely manner. Matt even was able to remove our nonworking subpump! Matt's skill level is superb A+++++! I will definitely be calling Matt for all of my plumbing needs!"

"This a case of a local shop being purchased by a big guy some10 yrs ago.  As time goes on we feel less and less valued as a long time customer.  We use them for many of our repair issues and are satisfied with their work.  An example of DISSATISFACTION came recently when our year old water heater failed and was replaced under warranty.  The initial cost was $1467.00.  A year and a half later, we were hit with another $400.00 "labor charge" to replace it AND the warranty was not reset to new---with the new unit!! We have great faith in the integrity of several of our favorite service guys and request them when we call for service.  But as we told our guy "Tim" yesterday, if he goes, we'll most likely be right behind him!  That said---the office help is unfailingly polite and pleasant, they call to gauge our satisfaction with the visit and they seem sincere.  Honestly, if we switch to someone new it could be better---BUT--it could be the same or worse!  Maybe I'm dreaming to expect personal consideration regarding ALL the work and $$$ I've directed their way."

"We were recommended White-Lavender plumbing by a friend who used them for a home project. It was a basic job in that we needed a water heater replacement. They were very easy to work with. Melanie was our point of contact with scheduling the appointment and any questions we had. On the day of appointment, they arrived on schedule and proceeded to change out our old water heater. They were very professional, efficient, respectful of our home, and cleaned up after themselves (which I have had issues with regarding other contractor projects). The replacement took about 2 hours from start to finish and we have had hot water without issue since. I would recommend White-Lavender Plumbing to anyone who is looking for a professional, locally based company in the Ann Arbor area to help on repair or replacement plumbing projects."

"Fantastic response. Worked with my schedule. Emergency situation came up and they were able to fix that as well as original work. Definitely recommend"

"Had around 15 cracks injected in my foundation and one rod hole. Only a handful had been leaking but I had all visible ones filled to prevent any possible future issue. It took Andrew 2 visits due to the size of the job- he showed up on time each day and worked non stop to complete the work. I waited to get through some rains to complete this review- since the work was done we have had several heavy rains and one intense storm that 100% would have caused the crack to leak- We have been 100% done dry. Andrew also provides a lifetime transferable warranty on all this work. I could not be happier with the work that was done."

"Great experience. Realized at 6 AM that our sump pump needed replacing. Called just after 7, they had their first guy come right over. Said he would be there between 8:30 and 9, and he was there before 8:30. He was done before 9. Great experience."
