"Mike is the plumber and was very friendly, punctual, and knowledgable of the work that needed to be done.   He came and gave an estimate and showed up at the time he said he would.  He was very accomodating when the work had to be scheduled over a couple of visits due to scheduling issues. He instructed me on the use of my new back up system and even called to see if I was having water problems when there was a lot of rain and thawing before I could have my main pump changed. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others and will be calling later this year for some work on faucets. <br />"

"I had a water pressure issue and called had no idea what was going on. I got Mike's number from a friend of mine and called him on a Wednesday night and he answered the phone right away. Told him my problem and he came out on Thursday to look at it and diagnosed the problem. He told me he would email me a quote as soon as possible. On Friday morning I had no water at all. When I got to the office, I had Mike's quote in my email and he indicated that he could have a crew out early in the week. I thanked him and told him I had no water at all and he called me within 45 minutes and told me he would have a crew out within the hour. Sure enough within an hour, his crew was there and also Mike and they got to work. I had water and pressure about 3 hours later. I can not express enough how great it was to work with this company and the people made it even better!!!!!! I would highly recommend Mike and Chris and all of Mike LaLone Well Service to anyone. "My sump pump stopped working late afternoon on the Friday after Thanksgiving. (Critical house equipment only gives up the ghost on holidays. Why is that?!) I called Walton Plumbing after 5 pm. Bill Walton answered and said he could come out the next morning to install a new 1/2 HP Rigid pump. He showed up on time (actually a little early), did a quick and excellent job and by 10:30 am on Saturday, I was back in business. The guy is no nonsense, high integrity, and really knows his stuff.
