"This is the second time we have had them to the house. They are neat, clean and I have to say that I am a bug about cursing. There was none of that because I baby sit my grandchildren and they were interacting with the kids while they were walking through the rooms and stuff. When they came in I asked them on which side of the house they were going to be and I told them what time the babies took naps. The air-conditioning system was great and is the new type where you don?t need to install ducts all over. You don?t even know it?s on and don?t even hear it. It is heater, air-conditioner and also acts like a de-humidifier. When we first signed up with them, he told me approximate of two weeks and called up and said that there was an issue. He said that one of the guy?s dads had passed away and that he was going to take a couple of days. It was nice that he called me and told me that he was going to push it further and out and would call 3 days before they came and he did, so you could not ask for more from them. We also used them to change the whole heating system a year before."
