"Service Tech Ed DeMore, who had originally installed our tankless water heater, responded and realised the unit had to be reset and recalibrated after an error message caused the unit to stop and not restart during the snowstorm of last Monday. "I had a great experience with Premier HVAC replacing my old and leaking water heater. I was impressed that they were able to respond quickly and start working on the same day as my call, especially given the severely cold weather and other plumbers being busy replacing freezing pipes. The plumber was able to work with my very tight kitchen space and narrow hallways, and without having to remove the countertop in my kitchen.
