"The plumber, Moe, arrived on time and repaired all the items that I had requested. We were having a very large event at our house and I needed all the toilets to be working well! On Friday ( the following day) at 3pm, I discovered the main toilet was not working correctly, the inside chain was jamming around the other parts.
