This year the plumbing for the pool developed serious leaks that required all the plumbing be replaced. We did some searching for companies that would consider excavating. It had to be done with surgical precision as utility lines were involved as well as keeping the fiberglass shell of the pool intact, which could easily have been cracked with one wrong move of the excavator. Don Muns and his crew came to the rescue. They expertly coordinated the excavation and readied the pool for the pool company to install new lines. When done, they carefully backfilled the trench and poured a beautiful concrete slab/deck. Don always kept us informed as to what he was doing and always kept our questions and concerns answered. They worried tirelessly, and hardly ever took a break while here, better than many companies that I have known. Neither one of them smoke either. If you should need an expert excavator with top of the line equipment and/or concrete work, look no further. Titan Paving and Drainage can handle it and put your worries to rest. If we should ever need them for drainage diagnosis, excavating, or anything beyond the capabilities of this do-it-yourselfer, Don will be the first person I will call. "Highly recommend! Guardian Foundation LLC is a professional company, with a professional workforce. The work crews are knowledgeable, courteous, and answer any questions completely. The job was completed exactly the way it was bid. There were no hidden fees, add-ons or extras that were not in the bid. The company came sooner than expected. Their workspace was cleaned each night. Our project included a trench drain in the basement with a sump pump and dehumidifier, installation of 8 steel beams and jacks, and burying a gutter system to divert the flow of water away from our house. Overall, the work crew was good natured, pleasant, and just really enjoyed making our hosue more stable."

"It was a little bit confusing for me. I purchased this coupon and this company then charged me another hundred dollars on top of it. It was a little bit difficult for me to look through what I already paid for and what was extra but that wasn't very communicated. That was very confusing as well as not a very good experience. The fellow was friendly. It wasn't very clearly communicated what I had already purchased for with this coupon. They did some work on the ducts here but because of this, it kind of made it a little bit of bad experience but overall, it's an average rating. They should communicate better to me to begin with before they actually show up what was purchased and what additional services that I can buy."

"These guys are awesome. They exposed the wall on both sides and moved my foundation back into place, then waterproofed the outside. They even dug it out by hand so they didn’t ruin my landscaping. Most of my drywall was salvageable, making it relatively inexpensive to replace and refinish."
