He thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed it, to the point where I could see the tile's color. Although this took far longer than a "normal" cleaning, he charged only $140. I did not request his coupon or senior discount, and paid extra. He was worth it !! He's building a business around WNC, and I highly recommend him.
