"The Neil's team did a great job on every phase of our project. Our 1960's original-to-the-house kitchen was inefficient, unattractive and cabinets were starting to fall apart. While our kitchen was not enlarged, by removing a wall and repositioning the sink and appliances, the new kitchen is now a wonderful space in which to work. Before, I had to store pans and small appliances in the basement, now everything is stored in the kitchen. We knew going in that Neil's would be more expensive than many other remodelers, but after dealing with less than perfect remodeling of bathrooms and a kitchen in a previous house, we didn't want the frustration and hassle of a less than perfect result. Our expectations on every score were met. Our designer was phenomenal--she gave us just the right amount of options...not so many that we were overwhelmed. And, most important, she was able to speak from experience and steer us away from options that would take away from the efficiency of the space. From tear-out to construction to finishing, the teams that worked in our house were punctual and friendly. Our project manager was on site, if not every day then several times per week, to ensure all work was top notch. We began meeting with Neil's in the summer on the design. Work began the first of October and was completed right before Christmas. Every week we received a project schedule identifying who would be in our house and what they would be working on. Just as with cost, I'm sure there are many other remodelers who would have been faster, but Neil's process ensured perfect coordination among the many tradesmen who worked in our home. We have been using our kitchen for almost three months. We are as happy now with our new space as when we first started using it."

"This was a most pleasant relationship. Kim, the owner, was very professionally helpful to me in my choices. She did all the measuring. The drapes and blinds arrived in 3 to 4 weeks. Kim and her husband (they are the owners) arrived right on time and removed all the old treatments and hardware. Then Kim and her installer went right to work putting up my new window coverings. "We really appreciated Bethany's help in our home. We have a very open living room kitchen / dining room / family room and it's been very tough for me to decorate. Bethany came in and came up with a plan right away even encompassing our front door as well as helping us with picking out colors that will eventually paint the outside of our home. Bethany was able to help me with putting curtains over our trapezoid windows so that I'm still able to have the sunlight when I want it but am able to cover them when we need the shade. She was patient with us with getting the room painted and we love the shade that she picked out. Everyone comments on our play space and curtains but also immediately notices the new color. "O <strong>ur experiences in remodeling various aspects of our home since purchase in 2002 had been so mixed, we were reluctant to even begin the remodel of our master bath. The Evolo Design team far exceeded our expectations in every way. <br /> They initially met with us in our home and after the site inspection, requested our thoughts on the design. Within two weeks, we met again at their offices where they had already provided some preliminary layouts. We did make some changes and then, met with Matt and Sarah shortly thereafter to approve the design and then moved on to the various features we wanted to incorporate such as glass shower with multi level functions, air tub, and individual vanities. The layout was confirmed so next we chose from a selection of tile, tubs, and fixtures that conformed to our proposed color scheme right at the Evolo Design office! It was all so simple ! <br /> Once we agreed on the plans, Matt set a date for bidding out our project! A few hours set aside for a number of craftsmen to come to our home to offer their best estimates on each aspect of the remodel. Once the estimates were compiled, we met again for the final pricing and readily agreed on the price which was very, very to close to the estimate we initially received. <br /> To ensure that the various contractors had sufficient notice, the start date was set a few weeks out. The best news of all - it all happened according to the day by day schedule Matt provided us. The team provided good protection for the surrounding areas and every workman who entered our home was expected to abide by the rules set down by Evolo. The rules included using the approved entrance, being respectful of the occupant's presence and clean up and disposal of debris every day. Members of the Evolo team were there nearly every day to inspect the progress and there were no surprises! <br /> Six weeks from start to finish as promised!
