"This pro arrived to the job about an hour and a half early than scheduled time and gave his honest professional opinion on what my problem was regarding a leaky toilet. He also gave me the option to totally remove it it but based on his professional opinion, the project seemed to only require replacing a leaking water supply line which was less work to replace. I appreciated having the option for repair but trusted his professional opinion. To date, the repair appears to have remedied the leak. Will continue to monitor the ceiling below for a couple of weeks to see if everything is fixed. So far so good! I will be calling him backhand would recommend for hire!"

Replacement made - and very fortunately - since when the pump is needed, it IS needed. It wouldn't have been good to have a flooded basement or have an upcoming flooded basement."

Showed up on time for the install day, did the work in a reasonable amount of time, then cleaned everything up before leaving. "Our well head has been buried since we bought the house and then one night after having a major rain storm, we had dirty water. Called Nigro plumbing and Tom called back immediately and suggested I get a water test (and suggested where to go) and he reviewed the results as well. We had bacteria. They came the next day to disinfect our well (after digging the cover up) and walked us through the process after disinfecting. He identified the source of the problem that we had a breach in our well pipe casing. I asked them when they could raise the well head and they were able to fit me in in less than a week. They got a lot of work done in a half day and the backhoe guy they hired was really good too. (let my 4 yr old sit in the seat). I will continue to go to Tom and his guys in the future.
