"We needed windows in our older home.  I began by researching windows and decided I wanted an all vinyl window with a solid reputation and warranty.  I got quotes from 4 different installers including a general contractor with a good local rep. After considering window brand, reliability of the company, installers and price I settled with Lowes and I couldn't be happier.  <br>Chris, the salesman, was very responsive and responded to our request for a quote within a day.  The installer, Jayme Richardson, was also extremely responsive and professional when he came out to do a final measurement before ordering.  When it came time for installation day, Jayme's crew were punctual and worked very hard during the hottest days of the summer.  I was impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the work.  The Pella 250 windows are very nice and I thought hit the sweet spot for quality and price.  I would HIGHLY recommend. <br>( I cannot recommend Home Depot Joplin. I requested the same service quotes from them, waited 6 days, and never was contacted so I canceled the request.  They were not included in the 4 quotes mentioned above as I never got a quote from them.) <br>"

"It was early to mid-afternoon, I had turned the water main off so was without water, had localized where the problem was and even had parts - I just needed help. Going down Angie's List, I called several plumbers in the area, left messages with some (which, to date, were never returned) and others told me it would be 'the next afternoon.' I then called Moretto's. I again explained the situation (I'm sure by this point I was sounding pretty frantic and down-beaten) and Jack said 'we're on our way.' They arrived in 90 minutes and had rescheduled the remainder of their day's 'non-critical' jobs to come fix my issue so I wouldn't be left without water! As it turned out, I did not have all the parts necessary, and they didn't have what they needed with them. They went to our local hardware store, were back with everything required and had the leak completely repaired in good time. They even, upon my request, checked the rest of the exposed plumbing for leaks and stressed that I call them if I ever needed any other plumbing assistance. The bill was extraordinarily reasonable, they were very professional, and I felt confident in their work. I'll most definitely be calling them again."

"Noel Thompson is the owner of this company. He told it would be $200 to repair the wooden fence but I gave him $250 because I had that number in mind and that is how I work with people. I thought, that was what it would cost me but he said that it would be $200 and I said that was not good enough. I gave him $250. I found him to do a very good job. What I like the most about him versus others I have used is that when he's gone, one cannot say that he had been there other than the work he had done. There would be no debris, nothing left to be picked up. He is very good about his work."

"We had them replace our rear deck about a year ago, did a great job. Posted a review here on that job. They did some external wood trim on the upper patio to tie things together. They pressured washed both decks. The new rear deck is a single level. The front deck has three levels. Were very clean during the pressure washing and ensured that no mess was left behind after. They stained the rear deck and made sure that everything was covered and sealed completely before starting. After they sprayed everything was cleaned very well. They spent a lot of time making sure that the siding on house was clean and free from any stain. After they painted the front after prepping the area completely. Gave the deck two coats of solid color stain. Gave the top deck a third coat because they were not happy with just two coats. Cleaned everything up and left nothing behind. Overall great job again by them and are planning on having them remodel our bathroom shortly. <br />"
