"We needed windows in our older home.  I began by researching windows and decided I wanted an all vinyl window with a solid reputation and warranty.  I got quotes from 4 different installers including a general contractor with a good local rep. After considering window brand, reliability of the company, installers and price I settled with Lowes and I couldn't be happier.  <br>Chris, the salesman, was very responsive and responded to our request for a quote within a day.  The installer, Jayme Richardson, was also extremely responsive and professional when he came out to do a final measurement before ordering.  When it came time for installation day, Jayme's crew were punctual and worked very hard during the hottest days of the summer.  I was impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the work.  The Pella 250 windows are very nice and I thought hit the sweet spot for quality and price.  I would HIGHLY recommend. <br>( I cannot recommend Home Depot Joplin. I requested the same service quotes from them, waited 6 days, and never was contacted so I canceled the request.  They were not included in the 4 quotes mentioned above as I never got a quote from them.) <br>"

"I knew that I was going to need very good help with this water heater replacement. The old one was 22 years old and had a lot of sediment in it. Also the location was difficult to get to. Jack sheduled the appointment to fit my schedule. Brad and Mickey arrived promptly and tackled the situation. As expected, the drain was clogged and the tank was way too heavy to lift out without draining. When using air pressure failed, they pulled out a shop vac, jerry-rigged a small hose on the end and slowly suck out enough water to allow the tank to be lifted out. They're one of the best crews I've ever had working for me. I have my mechanic, my electrician, and now I have my plumbers. I'll never use anyone else and I highly recommend them."

He made sure to seal all of our siding so we wouldn't have any more water damage, he pointed out a few other issues that we had with our house, and repaired everything for a reasonable price! "Noel Thompson is the owner of this company. He told it would be $200 to repair the wooden fence but I gave him $250 because I had that number in mind and that is how I work with people. I thought, that was what it would cost me but he said that it would be $200 and I said that was not good enough. I gave him $250. I found him to do a very good job. What I like the most about him versus others I have used is that when he's gone, one cannot say that he had been there other than the work he had done. There would be no debris, nothing left to be picked up. He is very good about his work."

"We had them replace our rear deck about a year ago, did a great job. Posted a review here on that job. They did some external wood trim on the upper patio to tie things together. They pressured washed both decks. The new rear deck is a single level. The front deck has three levels. Were very clean during the pressure washing and ensured that no mess was left behind after. They stained the rear deck and made sure that everything was covered and sealed completely before starting. After they sprayed everything was cleaned very well. They spent a lot of time making sure that the siding on house was clean and free from any stain. After they painted the front after prepping the area completely. Gave the deck two coats of solid color stain. Gave the top deck a third coat because they were not happy with just two coats. Cleaned everything up and left nothing behind. Overall great job again by them and are planning on having them remodel our bathroom shortly. <br />"
