I'd priced a few roofing companies and thought this project to be out of reach but was pleasant surprised after talking to the guys at Perfection. Not only did they save me a ton of money (less than half of MY cheapest estimates) but they tailored my payments to fit my budget and got the job done in record time. The roof has already weathered two severe storms including tornado warnings , and hail and wind shear alerts and came out beautifully. 28 gauge duralloy sheets formed by Perfection personnel and installed by Perfection installers. And FAST?!! It only took them 2 days and there's not a screw or nail showing anywhere !! This roof is beautiful and functional and you'd be crazynot to contact Perfection Metal Roofing if you're looking for a quality metal roof. If you're looking for Perfection....you're already here!!"

"The actual roof looks lovely and stopped all my previous issues. However, I experienced damage to interior walls due to the long term (3 weeks) storage of all my shingles on one side of my ridge. I was told it would be repaired, but we are five months later with no timeline on that project. The cleanup looked good on the surface, but I found lots of roofing debris and cigarettes in my landscaping. I also stepped on a couple nails which thankfully just took out a pair of sneakers and caused no injuries. Overall, the work done looks great and Im not experiencing issues five months into the install. However, I did not feel like my experience was all it could have been based on the numerous positive reviews I read before hiring Element Roofing. *Be aware my work was done in the summer, during a pandemic. Weather and illness aside, the damage to my walls could have been prevented with better communication and better organization of delivery versus start day of this project, which is the only reason I was frustrated."

Bill provided me with an estimate within a day of taking a look at the roof and came in at least $4k lower than any other quote I had. They were excellent with communication and responded to questions and changes extremely quickly. Once the work started, they were excellent with letting us know what was going on and what they planned to get done for the day. If they needed, they worked well into the evening and on the weekends. In the end, the new roof looked incredible and our replacement skylight blew us away.
