"Parts will probably not be available locally usually. Expect delays in getting it fixed. Tariffs have also doubled the cost of repairs."

"Gary and Tony called immediately after I went to Home Advisor. They arrived in 45 minutes! Gary found the cause of the leak and the appliance was fixed quickly. Gary offered to come back right away if any issues should occur in the future. Let's face it, you cannot find great customer service , pros who do a great job or have a fair price these days, but you will with Gary and Tony! Thanks, Gary and Tony, I have you on my list of favorite pros!"

"Gunderson appliances were incredibly polite and professional. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family and I definitely plan to use them again in the future. Thanks GUNDERSON!"

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
