The initial install was going great until he unboxed the new hot water heater only to realize it was completely dented. He worked with us to figure out a solution. He installed the dented water heater, so we wouldn't be without water until the new one could be here (special order). There were 6 extra people over for the weekend and the septic system could not handle all of the extra sewage.
