He was thorough in his explanation and answered our many questions about the water line replacement, related concrete work and connection to an outdoor faucet that would be done. As we had four estimates, we inquired about the different approaches and costs. Nick was upfront and honest about his price and process, again, answering any questions that we had. Although we originally planned to do the job immediately, due to a delay with locating utilities and a change in our personal plans, the job was delayed a few days. Nick worked with our needs and was on the job as soon as we agreed to a new date. Nick and his crew were prompt, courteous, and were efficient with their time. The plumbing job and the related concrete work were completed professionally and we were pleased with the final outcome."

He put an irrigation system, sod, and a beautiful path. Every plant and lawn has flourished. He is very fair in pricing, and wants to make his customer satisfied. "I am a wanna be gardener but really don't know where to start.  I got a planting plan from a landscape designer with the idea that I could do it myself. I had 4 mature coniferous shrubs that I wanted removed and realized soon that the job was more than what I wanted to handle. I contacted Shannon Landscape & Construction and Brian Shannon came out within a week to look at my project. He gave me a verbal estimate of $1500 and said they could get to it this fall.  The next day I received the written proposal and scheduled it for the following week. The project included removing all old existing sod, removing old shrubs, trimming all other remaining shrubbery and trees (which included one maple and one ornamental cherry), clean up and haul away all debris, bring in 3 yards soil mix.  Prep the ground for the lawn and garden beds. Install approx 200 sq ft of sod. The estimate included all labor, material and equipment and estimated a 3 man crew for 7.5 hours.
    The crew arrived right on time and worked very quickly.  So quickly that they were done in about 4 hours - so I asked if they could do some yard clean up in the back.  Alex, the crew foreman called the office and got the go  ahead to do that and in another 1.5 hours had cleaned up and removed a lot of overgrown plant material.
     Everyone I spoke with at this company is very professional.  It was a pleasure doing business with them and I will definitely be using them again.

Dunlap Irrigation was right there to help even though they had to drive a few more miles and were glad to be able to fix my irrigation problem, on time, and for reasonable charges."

"Overall pretty well. A couple small jobs in the estimate got overlooked. A 5 to 6 man crew did the work in a day. The estimate was broken down by task. I choose to forgo some mulching which I thought was too expensive. A couple sprinkler heads required return visits to get working properly. But when all is said and done, I am happy with the results. Hector and his wife were pleasant to deal with."
