"This company fees are sky rocketing .. I called them up for coming to check our well water due to a bad smell .. all they did change the water filter.. , flush a valve .. what took like 10 min and they charge $238 .. unbelievable !!! When I called them up about the bill they said this the price I have to pay .. wait they give me 25$discount .. ha ha .. I know when a contractor comes they do an estimate and tell you a price first .. well , they don’t !! .. just send a bill with no justification for the amount charged .. 135$/hour?!?!!! .. that s crazy !!! ... I will make sure through all social media what kind of company is this !!!!"

"Mather and Sons were terrific to work with. Prompt service by sending out a technician, Wade, to check out the problem with the pump the very next day. Wade was thorough and explained in detail all problems he found. He then gave me a quote and had a team of very nice men, Omar and Hunter, out the next day to do the work. They were fast, courteous and answered all questions I had. I would highly recommend them for any of your pump or associated needs."

"The recent ice storm caused our tank to overturn with the shed partially leaning over it. Plumbing and wiring were damaged. Sanetel said they would come out after we got power back on. Bryan was reassuring that he would try hard to get our water running again. When we called them back, Sanetel was here the next day, and within a few hours we had running water again. It was such a messy scene out there and we are grateful for his skill and hard work."

"Came out to do warranty work on a pump head they'd recently replaced, were timely and did the work in the agreed upon time. However afterwards they started showing up demanding payment. It was confirmed warranty work ahead of time and at time of service, I was so confused. Calls to the office were denied or flatly answered 'pay your bill you cheap ***' Time went on and it went to collections, I showed up in small claims court with my stack of evidence, they didn't show up. Another two years go by. 'When are you going to pay your bill' What? This is crazy - all for some warranty work. Call any other well or pipe person in the area - there are some great ones that will stand by their work and won't jerk you around or change their mind after the work is done. HPS does not deserve any of your money - call *anyone* else"

FAQs for sump pump repair or replace projects in Welches, OR

Sump pumps last about 10 years with proper maintenance and prompt repairs. Several factors can influence your sump pump’s lifespan, such as usage, environmental conditions, and installation. Premium sump pumps with heavy-duty motors and quality components tend to last longer than lower-cost models. Pedestal sump pumps usually last longer than submersible models since they’re not constantly exposed to water.

A basement French drain is a drainage system installed in basements or around a building’s foundation to redirect water and prevent flooding. This system features a trench with a perforated pipe that catches and transports water away. These systems can crack, freeze, or clog, potentially resulting in flooding or strain on your sump pump.

You can use a sump pump in your yard to minimize pooling water and landscape damage, but it’s best used in conjunction with other drainage systems. This can include French drains, trench drains, underground downspouts, and other equipment. Proper lawn care, such as soil aeration and native plants, also aids with drainage.
