"Overall, I had an outstanding experience with everyone from John Krause Construction. Their customer service was most impressive. They asked about and worked around my schedule, were all prompt, courteous and friendly, and showed a true desire to complete the work to my satisfaction. Their explanations of the work to be done and the time it would take were clear and accurate. They started the work in less than a week after I signed the contract, and completed it in a week. This was well beyond my expectations since a lot needed to be done, including drywall repair and painting some hard to reach areas, shingle repair, gutter cleaning, and concrete step repair. Their cost estimate was competitive and fair. There were a couple hiccups along the way, including matching the interior paint color and trouble with installing a door handle, but everything worked out ok. I would certainly hire them again for any general home repairs/improvements."

I hired them Fall'19 to take down an existing deck and install a paver patio, replace French doors that led onto the deck with a beautiful window, replace a kitchen door that led to the patio and do a kitchen backsplash project. "It went great, I got a phone call to let me know a previous job was running long and he would be 30 minutes later than expected which i appreciated.  He walked through my yard and told me what he was going to do, and where he would and would not spray.  Very conscious of my yard and what i was growing, watching out for fruits and veggies growing. 
We discussed at length possibilities for lawn improvement, grading, and weed control.  He recommended waiting to move forward on other services so i wasn't 'wasting' money now and getting more production by doing a lawn treatment at a better time.

"Kevin showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a previous company, SPC, who would only come out when requested and weren’t very good. Problems they supposedly had resolved were not, but Kevin took the time to explain what he found and why the problem (mice) still existed. He put out traps and poisons to rid the mice, and immediately scheduled a follow up to ensure everything was taken care of and another just for maintenance. All covered under the service contract. Plus, if you use them for lawn care (also excellent service) as well the initial fee is waived."

For this job, exactly like past jobs, Donald expertly maneuvered the stump grinding machine into a tight spot in the backyard, ensuring not to damage a chain link fence that the tree was growing through. His crew removed large limbs that were growing over the house, all while dropping large pieces of the tree exactly where they intended. The entire process was perfect as always.
In addition to the two trees, Donald and crew pruned and trimmed small trees and brush from a fence line. They removed all of the over grown branches from around power lines with ease. I can't say enough about how great Edward's Lawn and Tree.

Additionally, during his inspection he noticed damage from surface feeding insects and treated the lawn and surrounding trees to prevent further harm to the lawn.
