"I don't have experience with other companies as to rating their prices.  I don't ask them to move furniture when they clean. <br /> I have used this company as "Chuck Rutten's Steamaster, LLC" for carpet cleaning for 7 or 8 years.  Two employees come and they are always punctual and courteous.  The carpet is light colored and the high traffic areas are always in need of a little extra attention.  There was only one time that, once the carpet dried, I realized that part of  the carpet didn't get cleaned quite as well compared to other cleanings. I did not call them to go over it again, but the next time I used them I brought the problem to their attention and they were extra diligent. <br /> I've also used this company in an "emergency" situation when a small water heater in a back bedroom closet started leaking, soaking carpet in parts of two bedrooms, the hall and a bathroom vinyl floor.  They came quickly, and because my husband had just returned from a hospital stay and was unable to take care of  the water heater himself, Mr. Rutten had someone come in and assist with that.  They had to raise furniture, detach the carpet from the tack strips and leave fans running.  When we ended up having to return to the hospital for a couple of days, and couldn't be home for them to pick up their equipment, we were told not to worry and just call for them to return for it  when we could.  One less worry for me! <br /> I will continue to use their services. <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support."

"We contacted several companies regarding our need to have a terrazzo floor cleaned. Because it was for a rental house we own, we didn't want to invest too much money. However several companies insisted that the floor should be sanded which would cost approx $1000. Rembrandt finally had the answer we needed and polished the floor for $500. It looks wonderful! Yes the floor should be sanded at some point, but not yet in our opinion. Rembrandt responded immediately and was ver courteous as well. He also made some repairs in the bathroom floor for an additional $100. You can't tell at all that there were previously holes in the terrazzo. We wish we had this repair done years ago. We will definitely use them again. When I want the stone floors polished in my own home, I will be contacting Rembrandt."

"Contractor, Paul Spicer, of Spicer Construction, Live Oak, Florida came highly recommended from a variety of sources in our initial inquiry into the Suwannee County area when we were looking for a contractor to construct our residence in Sept 2011. He provided custom build floor plans for our approval based on our input in record time. We felt his pricing was competitive and decided to proceed with the build with his company. The high roof pitch house is a small 2Br, 2Bath cottage but with a very open airy feel. We decided to go with a Galvalume metal roof, added a screened back porch with ceiling fans, tray ceiling in the living room, a detached shed (matching the house in siding, roof and paint selection). It has ample storage and closet space including a utility room for a washer and dryer and pantry off the kitchen. We were offered optional add-ons at reasonable prices so we added a fireplace and arched doorways which we absolutely love as they really set off the house interior with some architectural detail and character. We were also given the opportunity to utilize and quot;allowancesand quot; for numerous interior options such as light fixtures, flooring selections, kitchen sink and faucet selection, bathroom vanities selection, mirror and bathroom hardware selection, kitchen cabinets and countertops, door hardware, etc. This was a wonderful option which really allowed personal taste to be included in the process. We were able to select interior and exterior paint colors, interior and exterior door design and window mullion placement. He was able to substitute a vintage claw foot tub with the bath fixtures in our guest bath which replaced the tub/shower fiberglass unit we originally had in the budget. We feel the house has a lot of character and truly felt like home when we moved in as a result of the extra personal touches and effort that was afforded to us. <br /> <br /> We proceeded with the building process in late fall 2011 and we received our Certificate of Occupancy on March 2 2012. Paul Spicer was a man of his word and very easy to work with. He responded to all phone calls promptly and courteously. He paid attention to detail and did quality work. All of our windows and doors are good quality and the house is well insulated. He painted the exterior and interior of the house himself and did excellent trim work. He also did the tile work in our utility room and bathrooms including the custom shower which turned out absolutely gorgeous. He installed laminate flooring throughout most of the house which also came out great. He is a very and quot;hands onand quot; contractor who involved himself in many aspects of the build personally. The custom shed is also a lovely addition to the home and its matching detail to the house ties everything together. He worked well with his sub-contractors (Electrician, Plumber, Heat and AC, Sheet Rock, Kitchen Cabinets and Countertops), and coordinated with them to ensure everything was completed in a timely fashion and in a professional, quality manner. We are very happy with our home and highly recommend Paul Spicer with Spicer Construction."
