"Pilgrim was great ! My wife spoke with Kenzie in the phone. She was very helpful. We have a very large, protective rescue dog who needs to be secured when anyone comes to work on our house. She called when the technician was on his way. Her communication was great. The technician, Freddy, was very professional and personable. He explained everthing he was doing and also had good communication skills. Freddy was very thorough and clearly takes pride in his profession. I highly recommend Pilgrim AC & heating service. Thank you for a job well done by everyone. We had our annual central AC system maintenance done."

"We had a serious water heater leak throughout 4 rooms. Rick had the floor dismantled and replaced - better than it had been originally. The original installers had not staggered the planks âÃÂàhe did and the floors look better than ever.
