"On Top Roofing was great. Tim came to quote the work and asked what I wanted and offered excellent suggestions. He wanted to vent two bathroom fans out through the roof to reduce the moisture buildup in the attic. No other roofer even mentioned it. He also wanted to replace all drip edges and re-led the chimney. Several others wanted to reuse the exiting drip edges and led. Given all that his price was still very good. The job took two days. His crew was efficient and the roof looks great. There was a supervisor (Mike) on the job the entire time who ensured everything went well. They had one guy who did nothing but clean up constantly. So the yard and surrounding area was always clean. When they left they swept, rakes and picked up everything. Very professional and courteous team in the field and in the office (thanks Kelsey). All this and a 10 year workmanship warranty!!!"

"Everything was great except cleanup. There was a misunderstanding about which shingles we wanted, but Willard made good on it. They even removed a small area where they had installed the wrong shingles and replaced them with the right shingles, all at no extra charge. The new roof looks great. The only problem was cleanup. We found a large number of nails in our yard and on our driveway, and a lot of pieces of plastic lying around."

"I needed a roof repair and found NMTI-General Construction on Angie's List. From day one, Project Managers, Juan and Ramon provided me with exemplary service. Ramon came to survey the leaky roof the day that I called. He explained what needed to be done and gave me what I felt was a very reasonable written estimate within a day or two. He explained that they might find more damage once work commenced and it would cost more to repair. The crew started the work the day before Thanksgiving and worked throughout the holiday weekend to remove and replace four layers or shingles on my 1910 colonial. They also repaired the ceiling on the enclosed front porch that had severe water damage. The crew did a great job of cleaning up the yard and driveway and thoroughly removed all of the debris. "I needed a full replacement of a ~20-25+ year shingle roof and solicited quotes from several roofers. My initial call was answered immediately by an answering service and I received a call-back later in the day from Todd, who scheduled a visit to my home a few days later to review the details of the project. The quote was returned promptly and while we had some back-and-forth over the need for some additional carpentry work around a dormer, I was certainly appreciative of the professionalism and thoroughness -- ultimately I decided to move forward with Ranch and was not disappointed. The project itself started on an extremely cold and windy day. I half expected a call saying that the conditions were too unfavorable for roof work, but the guys showed up right on time and I met the project manager (Dave) who gave me an overview of what to expect for the day.
