"I hired Bob for several exterior projects on my home, including replacing rotting window trim, building custom window headers to match the originals, and sealing, sanding, and painting the trim. He’s a highly skilled carpenter and a hard worker who takes pride in his craft. He’s also friendly and great at communicating, always letting me know when to expect him. I’m very happy with his work and would gladly hire him again. Highly recommended!"

"I hired Gerfferson and his team to repair some cedar siding and trim. He did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. Gerfferson was very professional and timely completed the work. I would highly recommend Grand Premium Siding."

"Excellent work, well coordinated team, very good plan that efficiently communicated what would be done and was done in the time estimated. The job was repairing wood gutters on a historic Victorian house. I had thought I would have to replace the wood with aluminum but the price and reviews of PR Services convinced me that I could retain the historic character of the house by using them."

"I hired Bob to repair a door frame that was split, and he was fantastic. Bob was a clear communicator, came to the job prepared, and very friendly. He arrived on time, the quality of his work was excellent and fairly priced, and he finished the work faster than initially projected. Bob also went out of his way to do some additional touch-up paint work in the unit, and gave my girlfriend a small screwdriver for another repair in her apartment. I have no complaints, and will definitely use Pino Construction for any of my future repairs! I strongly suggest that you check with him for any of your future repair work too."

"Cosme and team were terrific. They arrive early and put in a full day to complete the job quickly. We had composite decking put in to replace existing wood, front porch railings replaced with composite, cement stairs resurfaced, and exterior roof trim rot replaced with pvc. "Healy Construction did an excellent job and in a timely manner. They repaired, painted and sealed my decks and power washed the house. In addition to cleaning the roof, Healy Construction cleaned my roof and also repaired damage. Chris communicated with me from start to finish, explaining what he was going to do and keeping me updated on the status of the work. I would hire Healy Construction for future home repairs."
