I am writing another review as I found myself in a pickle after realizing that we had unfinished hardwood floor that had been installed as part of remodeling one of the closets in the master bedroom. I called Tao because the work needed to be done urgently since we moving into the house in two days. Tao promptly went to the house to take a look and had this crew come the next day to sand and stain the floor! In addition, they also installed a piece of hardwood to fill a gap that had been created between the master bath and the bedroom because of the remodeling. "Vladimir and his team installed carpet, leveled cement floor, waterproofed and layer down LVT flooring . It was a basement apt and many issues cropped up during the project none though that they couldnâ t handle . It was truly a joy to work with Vladimir his confidence,cheerful attitude made this difficult job much less stressful than it could of been. Always available for questions came back to the house repeatedly to discuss, brainstorm and fix issues ( due to conditions) . As a property manager Iâ ve rarely seen this kind of attention paid and would recommend him highly. "I did not like the job timing. The workers showed up on a Friday at 6:00 P.M. to start the job of removing the old floor. The returned Saturday morning to complete the installation of the new floor. Although it was an excellent job done with very good materials I did not appreciate it taking two days instead of the one day promised by the salesman. Also you have to pay for the warranty, in reality Empire does not warranty anything. The workers did do a professional job in every respect Empire should limit their work load so they don't arrive so late to start a job."
