"The project was phenomenal! At first we needed new siding and then there was Austin! He was an awesome person to get us started with our new siding. He showed us several options before starting the project and then we met Jackie! She was a blast and a breeze to help us with the scheduling of our project. And then there was Darryl the project manager who was very courteous and nice with us throughout the entire install. Germans siding crew was very helpful and even helped my grandmother with some things. We are very satisfied and will trust home genius with whatever we need on our home!"

"Randy finished the job in about six hours and showed me a rotted board that he replaced at no extra charge. Excellent work."

"I'll start by confessing that I'm a residential contractor myself so I'm somewhat of a discriminating (picky) buyer. Knowing nothing about siding though, it wasn't easy finding a company willing to partially re-side our house... most contractors were only interested in re-siding the entire home. After learning this, we went thru multiple "siding repair" contractors who simply struck me as unprofessional, so I kept looking. Koalaty responded timely and responsibly, and I am happy to report they did so every step of the way. We found them to be more flexible than their competitors and they were able to accommodate all my requests. We were so pleased with their 'can do' attitude and the final work results that we recommended them to our neighbors, who also had a very positive experience when Koalaty did a project for them."

"Quality work with a great team! Mario was very organized and got the repairs completed in a timely manner. Will definitely be working with them again"

"Chayne did an awesome and affordable repair on our metal roof."

"Chad Hendricks and the Ready Roofer Company did a great job getting me more out of my insurance policy to have the roof replaced. The insurance company was only going to pay half of the replacement cost. The Ready Roofer team negotiated on my behalf so I only had to pay my deductible. They did a great job replacing the roof in Jan. Their communication skills were unbelievably assume throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them."

"The service was great. They were courteous, polite, and did it in a timely manner. They came back and fixed if there was things I didn't like. I would hire them again if needed."
