"The sales man offered me leveling and light of my foundation. The end result was my doors not being able to close, more cracking in my sheet rock on the walls and on the ceiling. The house is not level and now Iâ  m seeking options to fix this whole debacle. Ram Jack West is sales based, not service based. Please do research before you make a $30,000 to have hire a company to repair your foundation, working with them is one of my biggest lifetime regrets."

"The owner does not know his limitations. He poured a new pool deck and did a colored sand finish. However, he did not get a uniform sand finish before the concrete set hard so we are left with pot marks, milky areas, color inconsistencies, and expansion cuts made randomly in the concrete, some even made diagonally - not squared up. After three days using pressure washers and power brooms the owner packed up and said I did the best I could not and offered me a discount. I am left with a pool deck that looks like the three stooges did the pour. I should pull out the concrete and have it repoured. Beware when doing business with this firm - better yet hire an experienced contractor!"

"Groundworks were contracted to encapsulate the crawl space, with a dehumidifier, intellijacks & sump pump. The inspector showed us pictures & videos of what the work would look like on completion, & explained how each solution would be installed. They tried to charge me more for vent covers until I showed them the contract covering this part. The foreman told me there was a reset button for the sump pump to be installed on an exterior wall, but they did not install it, instead said they would put in a service order. I haven’t heard anything about this issue yet. When they installed the moister barrier, they excluded the cement pads I was told it cost extra to have them covered. When I signed the contract, I was never told there would be extra charges for vent covers or cement pads to be covered. The contract I signed covered a complete encapsulation, but this is not what I got. This is a bait & switch. I would not recommend Groundworks."

"Came out and inspected. Found that my foundation was just fine. Noted a non serious slope in basement slab, but said it could wait a long time. Didn’t need to spend 20-30k on a fix."

"We have used MTU Services LLC twice in the last 3 years. Two projects involving extreme foundation repair for our home in Spokane, WA. Mark and his crew are OUTSTANDING in every way! MTU has old fashion values, no price gouging, detailed bids and the crew is excellent in communication with the home owner while on site each day. Our major repairs took months because the original builder in the 1950's did not put in appropriate footers and a portion of our house began to sink. MTU also completely gutted a basement room that was compromised, jack hammered the concrete out, installed new metal ceiling beams, posts, dug new footers, metal mesh on the floor, poured and leveled the brand new floor. The hardest working real men I have seen in decades and no complaining what soever. Mark is great in keeping in touch with home owner on any questions, concerns, and is excellent on educating the homeowner along the way. One of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure to work with!"

"Joe and his team did an incredible job! I can’t believe how great our backyard looks and how functional it is. In less than 1.5 days, Joe’s team removed rocks and other debris, extended our garden beds, planted 14 arborvitae trees, some lilac bushes, and a flowering dogwood tree. They set up our raised gardening area, laid a weed barrier, grass barrier and bark so it is beautiful and functional. They also removed a small pool and pavers and replaced with sod. They also laid a drip line that is easily controlled by our existing sprinkler system. Joe was super easy to work with and very accommodating. He understood my vision and had great suggestions for design. Would definitely work with Joe again!"
