"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"Mal Cichy has been a plumber for many years, he is very experienced. He knows all the quirky things in plumbing. He is careful but he will also try and work around things and make them happen. If I had a specific plumbing job I would see if Cichy could come up and do it. It might take a while but he is very good. He comes when I call him. He is a little bit cheaper just because he is a private individual. I trust Cichy in the house and I have had him come and work when no one's home. I'm careful with that because years ago I had some things stolen from my house by a repair person. Cichy is reliable. He comes when he says he would come. It may take him a little bit longer to give one a commitment unless it's an absolute emergency because he is a one person company. However when he gets to work, the job is well done. He explains thing's which is important to me so I know how to take care of whatever is being done; I like to know how things work. He is good with that. He knows his stuff."

"4/10/2018 Vlad the owner of Advanced Seamless Gutters arrived on schedule with a big smile. He is so sweat, professional and caring. He worked nonstop today in the cold snow and rain. His work truck is organized and full of well kept tools and equipment. He promptly removed and replaced the gutters and downspouts, he made sure all the old gutter spikes were picked up in the yard to avoid injuries and damage to my lawnmower. He noticed my hot water heater PVC exhaust pipe was not properly secured and promptly repaired it for me. I highly recommend him and would call him again in a heartbeat.
