"We were pointed in the direction of Perry Bros by multiple people who had hired them for home renovation projects in the past. We had done several smaller projects "DIY" but when it came to knocking down several walls to renovate our kitchen, we knew we wanted to hire trusted professionals. We had looked at 2 other contractors before deciding to proceed with Perry Bros. Every member of the crew was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We lived in the house during construction and the crew did a great job keeping the work area clean after each day of work. There were several situations throughout the project that required us to change and adapt our plans. Each time, the Perry Bros crew provided helpful guidance and recommendations. There were a few scenarios where they helped accommodate slight changes to stay within our budget. We were very pleased with how everything turned out, and would definitely hire Perry Bros again in the future."

"Gerry did an amazing job with helping me and my family rebuild our home after a loss due to a fire. Both Gerry and Seltsers & Goldstein Public Adjusters Very responsive and communicative. Gerry went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to standard and done correctly. I really appreciated the constant communication so I was never left in the dark. Because there was a time restraint there were minor details that were a little off but nothing major that we couldnâ t fix. Gerry actually did more than he needed to but it was very tremendously appreciated. He even followed up and made sure everything was how we wanted it. "I hired Quality Construction (QC) to build a 22x24 two car garage, started from preparing the site. Turns out the site has ledge, QC worked with the foundation guy and did it very reasonable price. QC framed in garage, matched existing vinyl siding to house, iced and water shield the whole roof. QC installed garage door and garage side entrance door. QC installed gutter for the garage and also a French drain behind the garage, paved a new drive way leading to the garage. I also hired QC to build a deck between the house and the garage. Very thing comes out so beautiful excellent job. There is no issue working with QC. I really appreciate his workmanship and efficiency according to the schedule. I definitely will hire him for my future projects again. As a matter of fact, two of my neighbors have hired him for their projects."

"Khaled did a major renovation for our property, including kitchen, bathroom, basement, living room and deck. The house needed upgrading of heating system, electrical and plumbing. Khaled came highly recommended from our realtor who said that he did excellent work for her. From the moment we meet Khaled it was apparent he knew his stuff. He walked through the house examining the structure and construction, pointing out defects, areas of improvements, and possible approaches. When we started the actual demo and rebuilding, his crew was diligent and very capable. Khaled takes pride in his work and is honest and reasonable and I suggest asking for his input as he always has good ideas and vision. In this age of cost cutting, sloppy workmanship, and lack of integrity, Khaled stands out as an honest contractor who cares about his work. He doesnâ t cut corners and is through and careful. His crew is also trustworthy and hardworking. Bonus points to Khaled also for being funny, smart and charismatic. Yeah this is a paean of praise but in this case well warranted. Five stars for this excellent contractor."

"We hired Iwano & Sons for the exterior painting of our home and garage. We found the process of working with Gabriel (Iwano) and his team to be beyond excellent. We obtained several quotes in the initial stages of identifying a contractor. From the outset Gabriel was prompt, professional and extremely responsive (we had many questions about the process). He and his team's follow up to questions and information was very speedy and patient with us. The work started quickly upon agreement. The team arrived early and promptly each day. Given this was a painting job, the team took great lengths to ensure the property around painting areas (plants etc) were covered and protected. The home was fully scraped, sanded, prepared and primed. The team addressed some carpentry issues and really tidied up a couple minor issues we had (an under deck stairs gate that was literally hanging off prior to the job; we didn't anticipate the team would fix this and they did ... brand new looking gate installed and fixed). Some rain delays (completely beyond the control of the team) postponed painting a little, but once clement weather returned, the team was back on site immediately. The house was painted with two coats of premium Benjamin Moore paint. We have been thrilled with the overall paint job and especially to the attention to detail to the trim etc. We even had a last minute addition request, to the work, which Gabriel accommodated overnight and was done the next day (we asked for some drain down spouts to be replaced as part of the work, and it was done the next day). We are extremely happy with the work Iwano & Sons has done. The job completed with Gabriel coming to do a walk around the property with us to ensure satisfaction and needs had been addressed. He also providing an informational booklet on the job, about paint information (color codes etc) and materials used, for future reference. Another extremely nice touch and professional aspect to this company. Would very much recommend Gabriel/Iwano & Sons. Professional, courteous, and excellent work. We are planning another home project with this company already."
