"The house was recently purchased. It's over 150 years old and had been neglected for quite a long time. The building inspector listed pointing as the most urgent exterior repair. The house is not large but the amount of repair and pointing was extensive. Quinn Brothers was selected for the work from a short list of competitors whose cost estimates were similar. Quinn Brothers was selected because Patrick Quinn spent the most time familiarizing himself with the project and making suggestions about options. The quality of work Quinn Brothers did is top-notch. The crew worked steadily and the job was completed in the timeframe promised. Communications were excellent throughout the project, with prompt notices from Patrick about how the job was progressing and prompt responses to my texts. "We hired the king to build a brand new bedroom and remodel 2 other bedrooms and a bathroom. The work included installing new hardwood floors, electrical, drywall, painting, installing a window, and building new closets. Harry was great at setting up the initial consult and quickly gave us a quote. They got everything done in about 2.5 weeks which is what was quoted. Harry was very responsive throughout the whole process and easy to get a hold of. His crew was respectful and carful with our home and ensured they cleaned up every day. Bill was great and was able to complete the final task list of items we had for him before final walk thru. Our rooms came out fantastic and look great. Harry was also able to paint our master bedroom which was an add on request. They answered a lot of questions. He helped me choose the grout and even offered to pick it up for me. They began work and cleaned up everything and took all trash when they left.
