We explained that we were going out of town soon and he managed to get the work done that day .when the two gentlemen arrived to repair our driveway they were very friendly and courteous they explained what had to be done and moved right along to fix the issue .one slab of our driveway had sunk about two inches. "The painters were prompt and on the job early every day for 7-1/2 days, several days having to leave early due to rain. They were friendly, courteous, neat and very conscientious about their work. Our home looked terrible before they started and now looks brand new. They did an excellent job of replacing almost all the wood trim, sealing / caulking everywhere possible and applying several coats of paint. The window frames were painted with a dark brown paint which coordinates with the body and trim colors. Price breakdown is $2,595 for all painting, etc., and $1,975 for wood. <br /> Overall, we are very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend Specialized Coatings, Inc. to anyone who is considering having their home painted."

"Matt's response was swift. He came and assessed the work that needed to be done and gave what we found to be a fair estimate. Shortly after returning to his office he called back to inform us that he would lower the price because he found that he had a dumpster available for the rubble. As it was a relatively small project he brought an additional worker. Before starting the demolition they searched along the perimeter of the concrete for the presence of lines or pipes. After ascertaining that it was clear they proceeded to cut the concrete into smaller blocks in a professional and efficient manner. No cracks were created in the concrete that remained . They cleared the area of all debris and left it looking nice and clean. They even graciously consented to remove some broken stepping stones that were in the backyard. We were very impressed with their workmanship and the cleanly cut edges of the concrete. Now the landscaper can proceed to putting in sod as there was no appreciable delay because of the quick response. We will have a backyard to be proud of."

"We needed to add a bedroom to the home and decided to enclose the little used dining room. Nick Kavanaugh, the owner of the company, oversaw the entire project personally. They built walls and made a closet in the room, and did all the painting and finish work. Because of the high ceilings we were a bit nervous about how it would look. They did such a great job that you would never know that the room has not always been there. He even added lilttle touches like a nice deep plant shelf above the closet for decorations or additional storage. To make it even more amazing, from start to finish they were done in one week! If you have ever been through any kind of construction in your home, you know how valuable having it done in a timely manner is, and you can count on them to get the job done. He checked in with us regularly and even did a follow up call after the work was completed to be sure we were happy and that nothing else needed to be done. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future as well. <br />"
