Juan went out of his way contradicting State Farmâ s stance with proof including pictures on multiple occasions as well as debating pricing conflicts at least 4 different times before the full project was approved. He met with me to discuss options and provided samples to lay next to each other since we were doing both the roof and the siding. The work was completed in a timely manner and to perfection. "The job consisted of vacuuming out old attic insulation, sealing any small openings in the attic floor, and blowing in new insulation. They were very responsive to getting a quote to me and scheduling the job. The day of the job there was apparently some equipment failure, which prevented them from making the appointment. Communication was delayed in letting me know they weren't going to make it. That was a bit frustrating. However, they quickly rescheduled the job (after the broken equipment was repaired/replaced) and communication was excellent from that point forward. The job was completed with good results. They also did a good job of making sure flooring and furniture were covered to avoid a mess. They cleaned up well after the job was complete and the pricing was very fair. I would hire them again."
