Took the time to explain the entire process, found us some much appreciated discounts, answered all our questions, even helped argue with the inspector. He promptly returned messages and calls. His entire team were great. They showed up promptly and even though the weather wasn't great they finished the entire roof in 1 day. There were 2 minor issues that were promptly dealt with.
