I called Drain Doctor of Cols, late the next morning, with the expectation of not being able to have a tech come out the same day. Tommy said he had a booked schedule, yet said we would be the last appt for the day. I explained the situation to him and he said no problem. Our sump pump was replaced and had couple of our lines cleaned out from the downspout to the curb. With this all said, Tommy was professional, honest with what needed to get done and was in contact several times to let us know his status.
