I do a good job at a fair price, am qualified for both Peoples Gas and Columbia Gas and fully insured. As a small owner operator business I can be flexible on scheduling as these types of problems tend to be emergencies. While in business for myself just a short time now I have over 15 years of experience in the natural gas industry involving repair and replacement of gas mains and service lines.

"We wanted to completely remodel our master bath, tearing out the fiberglass shower stall and the closet around the toilet, replacing the fiberglass corner jetted tub with a soaking tub, and replacing the vanity and toilet. We hired BathPro because they had a well built display using Onyx solid surface shower walls and Bertch cabinets at the Washington County Home Show. We can't say enough about Jeff, Regis, Joe, and the other crew members who did the work on our bathroom. They tore out walls, fixtures, and the ceramic tile floor; put down a floor heating system and new tile over it; installed the Onyx shower stall, barn door style shower door, new vanity and mirrors, vintage cast iron tub we purchased, and new toilet. They finished the reconfigured walls and painted the walls and woodwork, and installed new baseboard, vanity lights, ceiling light, and fan/light combo in the shower. The plumbing and electrical changes were all done very nicely. The work crew was very polite and considerate, put down cloths to minimize bringing in dirt, and cleaned up everything at the end of the job. We are extremely happy with the quality of the materials and the work that was done. There is so much more space in our bathroom that we are going to have BathPro install a Bertch linen closet also."

"I will NEVER use your services again. From the beginning, as soon as the technician arrived, I tried to explain the symptoms of my dryer, he immediately cut me off, and said "let me see dryer and his attitude was distasteful from that point on. During the process of determining what was wrong, first he said it was the switch, then later he said it was the timer, then later he said it was the motor. Then he was testing wiring, and it sparked, and blew the fuse on the electrical panel. Once the panel was restarted, the dryer worked fine. So NOTHING he previously started that was wrong with the dryer was correct. But he still charged me $160.00 for the system being recharged by the upsurge in current which he caused by touching the wrong wires together, which I don't think is right. Finally, as he was putting the dryer back together, I asked him not to use the old screws because the heads were stripped when they were taken off. I gave him 2 new screws to use, but he threw them on the washer and he used the stripped ones instead. I'm sure he was frustrated because he couldn't figure out the cause of the dryer shutting down, but it's TOTALLY improper for him to get and attitude with me, and tell me he's been doing this for 25 years. I also believe there is a racial component to his attitude as well. So, again, I won't be using your services again."

From the beginning, he was open to my questions and preferences, and helped me plan and design cabinets to fit in the existing footprint but far surpassed the functionality of my 1980s cabinets. When it came time to do the demo in October, he and his crew were both friendly and professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I watched them repeatedly do calm and focused problem-solving on the fly, and they finished earlier than we expected. PA055967-James A. Munion had a start just like anyone else, at the very bottom. He swept up the work shop for a company called Dotson brothers when he was only 12 years old. Mr. Dotson said to James A.: “I actually can’t believe that you moved the glue buckets out of the way to sweep in the corners. The last kid we had never took the time to do that.” From that day forward, James had a permanent place at Dotson Brothers. He quickly moved on to shop hand, and was allowed to help create the laminate counter tops the company made. However, after an extended amount of time creating counter tops, it was time to move on with his career… James’ grandmother owned a two car garage she rented out for tenants.
