They even removed all the downspouts. While replacing some wood was part of the job, they identified, and replaced wood that I didn't know was bad. When they were done the only things left were a sparkling house and barn; no other indication that they were there. They should be the first company that you call."

"I contacted Russell Hill Contracting, LLC, for minor roof repair (replacing/reattaching 6-8 shingles) after recent storms. We were eager to get the shingles replaced/reattached because more rain and storms were forecasted for later in the day and over the next few days. Mr. Baker came to our house late afternoon of the same day I contacted the company. Earlier that morning, I spoke with someone from another company that was going to charge $375 for an appointment within 24 hours as an 'emergency service call'. The emergency service call would include an inspection of the damage and an estimate for work that would be performed in ~ 10 days. A tarp could be placed as temporary remediation to prevent damage with the forecasted rain, and the cost would be included when the work was subsequentally performed."

"I don't think we could have asked for a smoother project. This was the biggest home improvement project we've undertaken since building the house in 1988. Needless to say, we were nervous; however, David Wilson, owner of Apex, put our minds to rest taking time to explain the advantages of the replacement product and each step his crew would take along the way. We began our discussions with David in the Fall of 2017 and Apex was offering some incentives to fill out their work calendar. David's price was very fair (not the cheapest, but by far not the highest). His amiable personality and fair-minded spirit made the decision to go with Apex much easier. His concern was that the siding could get completed, but he knew my wife wouldn't want just a primed house sitting all winter before the temperature would be high enough to allow for painting. A credit to David, because he gave us his honest opinion of starting a big job with weather most unpredictable while, at the same time, ensuring us that all of the 2017 incentives he offered would hold for the project, even though delayed. David's crew was simply wonderful. During the demolition phase, they were careful to see that all material made it properly to the waste container and each evening, they would organize their materials in preparation for the next day. They worked quickly and efficiently, touching base with us to share project status and process. The foreman and crew were respectful and we had no concerns, as we left the house periodically, to allow them access to our facilities. I think these simple gestures of consideration go a long way. In the end, the project completed in short order, was installed exactly as promised and there were no change orders. The cost of the project was approximately $30,000 and the amount I paid David was exactly as he proposed. Both my wife and I find ourselves amazed that for our first major project on our home of 29 years, it came off without a hitch and that is certainly credit to David and his entire Apex Design Build team!"

"We purchased this home about 10 months ago. Just under a year ago, All American did a full new roof installation (home seller left the receipt for us). When evidence of a leak developed from a pipe/vent boot, I called Brad the owner and explained the situation, especially given that the roof and vent boots had been installed less than a year ago. It turns out this particular vent boot had been replaced by another vendor after the roof installation (for reasons unknown, prior to our purchase). Knowing this, Brad sent a worker to make the repair (new boot and shingle sheet) even though they were NOT responsible for the inadequate install of the prior boot.
